ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR OVERNIGHT REPORTED DISORDERLY CONDUCT INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a man for reported overnight disorderly conduct early Saturday.

An RPD report said at 1:30 a.m. four separate witnesses said the 47-year-old was standing in traffic, yelling and mooning passing vehicles in the 200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. Additionally, the suspect allegedly stopped a couple at a nearby business and asked them to kill him by running him over.

He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
