Roseburg Police cited 23 people for prohibited camping between Friday morning and Sunday evening.

An RPD report said the contacts were made in Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, in the 500 block of Southeast Stephens Street, at Stewart Park in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive, and at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northeast Highland Street,

All were reported to be in violation of at least one portion of the time, place and manner ordinance. Each was released after their citations were issued.
