Roseburg Police added a charge to a man already in jail, on Saturday.

An RPD report said the 33-year-old was identified as the suspect in a theft that took place on October 14th. In that incident the suspect was seen on security footage stealing over $600 worth of merchandise from Harbor Freight, in the 1300 block of Southeast Stephens Street. He was already in custody for an unrelated incident.

The man was charged with second-degree theft. Bail was set at $6,250.
