Both drivers were cited after a two-vehicle crash in the Hucrest neighborhood on Monday afternoon.
A Roseburg Police report said at 5:30 p.m. officers responded to the accident at the intersection of Northwest Calkins Road and Northwest Troost Street. An 18-year-old driver said she did not stop at the stop sign and accidently drove into the side of the second vehicle. The SUV rolled onto its side.
The driver that caused the accident was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. The driver of the vehicle hit could not provide proof of insurance. He was cited for failure to carry proof of insurance. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
