Roseburg Police cited a 48-year-old woman for unlawful coasting following an early morning accident on Friday.

An RPD report said at 5:30 a.m. the woman’s van, which is 52-years old, did not run. She was coasting in it west on Northwest Edenbower Boulevard and turned left onto Northwest Aviation Drive with no power. The van’s lights turned off at some point, and the woman attempted to turn left into the parking lot of a business. The van missed the driveway and high-centered between Edenbower and the business parking lot.

The woman was also cited for operation of an unsafe vehicle. The van was towed away.
