Roseburg Police cited three people for prohibited camping on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 10:45 a.m. officers contacted the men, ranging in age from 49 to 54, at their camp in Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The camps were in violation of the time, place and manner ordinance. They were cited without incident and were released on the scene.
