Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public early Friday.

An RPD report said at 3:30 a.m. the 28-year-old was stopped for walking in the middle of the road in the 900 block of Northwest Highland Street. The man allegedly had an open alcoholic beverage in his hand. He was released after the citation was issued.
