The League of Women Voters of Umpqua Valley have a program featuring a local author on Thursday night.

Robert Leo Heilman will speak at 7:00 p.m. in the Ford Room of the Roseburg Public Library. He will share his thoughts on, “Living in These Scary Times” and how people might engage in honest communication and build trust in one another.

A discussion will follow. The event is free and open to the public.
