Roseburg Police issued a city ordinance violation on Monday night.

An RPD report said at 8:00 p.m. officers contacted the 44-year-old near the corner of Southeast Jackson Street and Southeast Cass Avenue. The man had an open alcoholic beverage with him. He was cited for drinking in public and issued his first city exclusion notice. The man was released after being cited.
