MYRTLE CREEK WOMAN JAILED ON 13 CHARGES FROM 3 DCSO CASES

A Myrtle Creek woman was jailed Monday on 13 charges stemming from 3 Douglas County Sheriff’s Office cases.

A DCSO report said just before 2:00 p.m. a search warrant was served at a residence in the 700 block of Lees Creek Road. 45-year-old Alecia Garrick was taken into custody in front of her home after a short struggle. The property was searched, and allegedly stolen property was recovered.

Garrick was charged with 3 counts each of violation of a stalking order, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass, 2 counts of second-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, offensive littering and depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway. Garrick was detained on $5,000 bail.
