Roseburg Police cited two people for drinking in public on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 12:00 p.m. officers contacted the men, ages 42 and 48, on the property of a closed business at the intersection of Northeast Winchester Street and Northeast Wright Avenue. Both were reportedly drinking forty-ounce beers. The beers were disposed of and each of them was released after being cited.
