Sutherlin Police jailed a man after a reported fight with officers on Monday afternoon.

An SPD report said at 1:30 p.m. 24-year-old Timothy Luzier was called in for driving while intoxicated in the 1400 block of West Central Avenue. Luzier was located as he backed his vehicle into another vehicle. The man consented to standard field sobriety tests and was arrested. He then allegedly refused to blow, so a search warrant was granted. The man reportedly continued to fight against 5 officers even after blood was drawn.

Luzier was charged with charged with DUII, reckless driving, resisting arrest, aggravated harassment and for two probation violations. He was detained without bail.
