ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOLLOWING ALLEGED DISTURBANCE

Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged disturbance late Monday night.

A RPD report said at 10:30 p.m. officers responded to the incident in the 3000 block of West Harvard Avenue and developed probable cause to arrest the 37-year-old. He reportedly slapped a victim in the face while juveniles were present.

The man was detained without issue and taken to corrections. He was charged with harassment. Bail was set at $2,500.
