Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged criminal mischief incident early Sunday.
An RPD report said at 3:00 a.m. the 28-year-old showed up at a victim’s residence in the 2900 block of Northeast Dorwin Avenue and was allowed to stay for the night. Shortly after he arrived, the man reportedly began freaking out and destroying the entire home.
The man allegedly did hundreds of dollars-worth of damage to the victim’s apartment and belongings. He admitted to being high on cocaine and could not remember doing anything else. The man was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and a parole violation. Bail was set at $6,250.
