Roseburg Police cited 4 people for prohibited camping on Sunday.

An RPD report said at 10:45 a.m. officers contacted two people sleeping at their camp in the 1400 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The camp was in violation of the time, place and manner ordinance. They were released after being cited.

At 4:45 p.m. two people were contacted at their camp along the South Umpqua River in Micelli Park in the 1400 block of Southeast Micelli Street. They were camping in a restricted area and outside of the allowed time. Both were released after being cited.
