Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged theft incident on Thursday.

An RPD report at 5:20 p.m. officers contacted the 41-year-old at a business in the 2400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after she was allegedly caught shoplifting. She was cited and released for the theft of an animal coat. The woman was trespassed from the store.
