A Milwaukie man was jailed following a DUII incident on Saturday.
An Oregon State Police report said at 9:25 a.m. the owner of a sedan was allegedly intoxicated while heading eastbound on Highway 42, approximately three miles east of Camas Valley. The 38-year-old man reportedly displayed multiple signs and symptoms of impairment. He allegedly refused to cooperate with a DUII investigation.
He was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. A search warrant was obtained for a blood draw from the man. He was charged with DUII, reckless driving and a restraining order violation. The man was detained without bail.
