Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct on Friday.

An RPD report said just before 1:30 p.m. officers contacted the 41-year-old at the Salvation Army, in the 3000 block of Northeast Stephens Street because he was on the property screaming.

Officers escorted the man off the property. He then reportedly ran across Stephens Street, causing several cars to have to slam on their brakes in the roadway. The man was contacted a second time and was taken into custody. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and held on $2,500 bail.
