ROSEBURG TO SEE TEMPERATURES AT SEASONAL NORMS IN COMING DAYS

Roseburg will see temperatures generally at seasonal norms or slightly above in the coming days, with only one day of hotter conditions expected.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that the normal high temperature for this part of September is 79 degrees. The Umpqua Valley is forecast to be in the mid 70’s Friday before moving to around 80 degrees for Saturday through Monday. Tuesday will be an exception when the mercury is slated to reach 90 degrees or slightly above. Afternoon high temperatures will then move back down to the low 80s for the next few days. No rain is in the forecast.
