A fugitive was arrested by Roseburg Police on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said just before 10:15 a.m. officers contacted the 41-year-old after he was called in for locking his bicycle to a gas pipe outside a building in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. Dispatch said there was a warrant for his arrest, which was later confirmed.

The man was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $5,000.
