Roseburg Police cited a man for unlawful manufacturing of marijuana on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 11:25 a.m. officers contacted the 56-year-old at his camp in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. Officers reportedly located a large marijuana plant, which the admitted was his and said he was growing it.

Officers seized the plant. The man was cited and released on the scene.
