In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight, the Umpqua Symphony Association kicks off its 2024-25 concert season on Sunday. October 6th at 3:00 p.m.

The opening program will feature YU & I, a violin and guitar duo.

Acclaimed for their individual virtuosity and seamless collaboration, the YU and I duo captivates audiences with their performances, including a diverse repertoire of classical favorites to movie themes.

The concert will take place at The Chapel, at 2837 West Harvard Avenue in Roseburg. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. and the concert begins at 3:00 p.m.

Tickets are $25 in advance from the Douglas County Youth Orchestra website or $30 at the door. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted.
