Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just before 4:30 p.m. officers contacted the 49-year-old after he refused to leave the property of Fred Meyer in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. Officers trespassed the man, but he returned a few minutes later and was taken into custody.

The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
