Roseburg Police jailed a man Tuesday night, following reported menacing incidents.

An RPD report said 48-year-old William Wasyluk had allegedly threatened to kill a victim and her family members over numerous text messages. The victim applied for an emergency stalking order, and it was granted, but had not been served to Wasyluck. He was contacted at 11:00 p.m. in the 5300 block of Grange Road in Green. Wasyluck was charged with menacing, telephonic harassment and resisting arrest. The stalking order was served by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.

Wasyluck was detained without bail.
