Roseburg Police jailed a man for a parole violation warrant after an incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at 9:45 a.m. a neighbor called and said a man was trying to kick in the front door of a residence in the 200 block of Southeast Lane Street. The witness reported that the man dragged a trash can to a back gate, where he ultimately entered via a doggy door.

The homeowner opened the residence for police, and the 35-year-old man was located inside and was naked. He was found to have the warrant and was detained without bail.
