Roseburg Police cited 5 people for prohibited camping between Monday afternoon and early Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said the contacts were made on a hillside north of the Roseburg Regional Airport along Northwest Edenbower Boulevard, near the intersection of southeast Cass Avenue and Southeast Rose Street, near the butterfly garden in Stewart Park on Northwest Stewart Park Drive, in the 2400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, and at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street.

All were violating at least one part of the time, place and manner ordinance. Each person was released after being cited.
