Effective at 1:30 p.m. Monday, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, working in partnership with the Douglas Forest Protective Association, has canceled all remaining Level 1 – BE READY evacuation notices for the Milepost 98 Fire due to suppression efforts.

No evacuation notices exist for residents impacted by the Milepost 98 Fire.
