TRANSIENT JAILED FOR ALLEGED DISORDERLY CONDUCT/CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A transient was jailed for alleged disorderly conduct and criminal mischief on Friday night.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just after 6:00 p.m. the 37-year-old was called in for a second time in the day for allegedly causing a disturbance and being disorderly at a park in the 300 block of East First Avenue in Riddle. This time she reportedly punched a window on the side of a victim’s trailer causing it to shatter. The victim estimated the cost to repair the window at $250.

The woman was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief. She was detained without bail.
