Roseburg Police jailed a woman on a drug charge on Wednesday night.

An RPD report said at 8:50 p.m. officers contacted the 28-year-old inside a vehicle in the 2400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway while investigating a theft. There were drugs and paraphernalia scattered throughout the vehicle. The suspect also allegedly had drugs on her person. She admitted that some of the drugs were hers and was taken into custody.

The woman was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into corrections and then was released.
