Roseburg Police jailed a woman for an alleged menacing and harassment incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just before 6:30 a.m. officers responded after a caller said there was a disturbance in the 1000 block of Northeast Barager Avenue. Officers learned that a 19-year-old reportedly pulled a victim’s hair and threatened her with a fork. She was charged with menacing and harassment. Bail was set at $5,000.
