On Tuesday, Abby’s Legendary Pizza is hosting a customer appreciation event in honor of the local company’s 60th anniversary.

A company release said in Douglas County only, Abby’s is offering $10 off all giant Abby’s Special and Skinny’s Special pizzas for dine-in, pick-up and delivery with the online code ANNIVERSARY.

The celebration will occur from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at all five Abby’s locations in the county: Sutherlin, Winston, Myrtle Creek and the two Roseburg locations on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and Northeast Stephens Street.

The two pizza specials are named after Abby’s founders, Abby Broughton and Bob “Skinny” Harrell. They opened the first Abby’s pizza parlor on Stephens Street in 1964.

Abby’s President Toby Luther said, “Abby’s is a legendary tradition because of our amazing employees, customers and of course our founders Abby and Skinny”. Luther said, “We are excited to celebrate by offering two of our most popular pizzas to the community all day Tuesday”.
