Roseburg Police Jailed a man for an alleged harassment incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 1:00 p.m. a victim was working at a business in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway when he was punched by a 43-year-old transient, for no apparent reason. Officers watched video of the incident and identified the suspect. He was contacted a short time later and admitted to punching the victim. The man was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $2,500.
