City of Sutherlin Mayor Michelle Sumner will present a Meet the Author event this Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at the C. Giles Hunt Memorial Public Library on East Central Avenue.

Author Kendra Elliot will be the guest. Elliot has sold twelve million books, hit the Wall Street Journal top ten best seller list more than a dozen times and has won a number of awards. Elliot was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and has set her thirty-three novels and novellas in Oregon.
