ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR OVERNIGHT TRESPASS INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a man for an overnight trespass incident early Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 12:10 a.m. the 31-year-old was contacted within the exclusion zone within his exclusion period, in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. The man was also found with an open can of beer, which he poured out. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and cited for drinking in public.

Bail was set at $1,250.
