Roseburg Police jailed a woman for criminal trespass incidents on Sunday.

An RPD report said just before 1:30 p.m. a 48-year-old Sacramento, California woman was caught allegedly unlawfully entering two vehicles in the 300 block of Southeast Jackson Street. She was reportedly sifting through both owner’s belongings. The victims called police, followed the suspect and flagged an officer down about a block away.

The woman claimed she was attempting to hide from people trying to kill her and thought a bomb might be in one of the vehicles. This took place less than an hour after being released from jail for attempting to steal a vehicle.

The woman was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $2,500.
