Roseburg had a record high temperature for the date on Friday.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said the mercury reached 101 degrees at the Roseburg Regional Airport. The record for August 30th had been 99 degrees, set in 2022.

Roseburg is forecast to reach 97 degrees on Saturday. The record for August 31st is 100 degrees, set in 1998.
