Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive after a traffic stop on Wednesday night.

An RPD report said at 10:00 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Meadow Avenue for a traffic violation. 37-year- old Joshua Breeding was identified as a passenger. Breeding was found to have several warrants and was also charged with violating a no-contact release agreement and failing to register as a sex offender.  He was detained on $115,000 bail.
