Roseburg Police cited a man for an overnight drinking in public incident early Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 1:55 a.m. the 44-year-old was contacted in the 200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. sitting next to a half full beer. The man admitted to drinking in public and was given a citation.
