The YMCA of Douglas County is closed for facility enhancements through September 2nd.

A release said due to grant awards and the success of the 2023 annual fundraising campaign, the building will go through all the usual thorough, annually scheduled projects and much more. This includes:

*Family Locker Room remodel

*Activity Center remodel

*Addition of Child Watch bathroom

*Gymnasium floors refurbished

*New carpet and flooring

The Y will reopen on September 3rd with a fresh new look and feel, with expanded programing coming soon.
