Umpqua Actors Community Season is opening its 2024-2025 season with The Mousetrap.
Along with producing the longest running play in the world, UACT is also introducing a brand-new director who is leading this Agatha Christie classic. While he has been on stage in many productions, now Bo Bove is taking on his biggest role yet – as director!
In The Mousetrap, the scene is set when a group of people gathered in a country house cut off by the snow discover, to their horror, that there is a murderer in their midst. Who can be it be? One by one the suspicious characters reveal their sordid pasts until at the last, nerve-shredding moment the identity and motive are finally revealed.
The production hits the stage September 5th through the 22nd. Performances are Thursday through Saturday nights at 7:00 p.m. with Sunday matinees at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $17 for adults and $12 for children. Purchase tickets at the door, by calling 673-2125 or at: www.uact-theatre.com.
