Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged criminal mischief on Friday.

An RPD report said at 10:00 a.m. officers contacted the 51-year-old at a business in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after he allegedly rammed a shopping cart into the back of a parked vehicle and stole a six-pack of beer. He was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft. The man was detained $7,500 bail.
