Effective Friday, the Umpqua National Forest has decreased to High Fire Danger across all districts of the forest.

A UNF release said the Industrial Fire Precaution Level has moved to Level 2 for every forest district. Under IFPL 2, these may operate only between 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.:

*Power saws except at loading sites
