Roseburg Police cited a man Wednesday, for a prior hit and run incident.

An RPD report said the 50-year-old was identified as the suspect from the incident which occurred on Tuesday in the 1400 block of Southeast Stephens Street. Multiple witnesses identified him as the driver along with his truck and license plate prior to leaving the scene. The man also said he did not have insurance.

He was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver and for driving uninsured. He was released after being given the citation.
