State Representative Virgle Osborne has a campaign kick-off event on Friday night.

It will take place at Lookingglass Brewery in Winston. A social hour will go from 5:00 p.m. to 6;00 p.m. Velvet Whiskey will perform from 6:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Attendees can meet the candidate and learn more about his views
