Three people were taken to the hospital after a rollover accident just off Interstate 5 early Tuesday morning.

An Oregon State Police report said at about 4;05 a.m. a sedan was southbound on the freeway near the Sutherlin interchange. The vehicle failed to negotiate the curve on the off ramp and hit the ditch, causing the sedan to go airborne. The vehicle landed in a grassy area to the south of the interchange, rolled over, and came to rest on its left side. All three occupants were injured during the crash and were transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for treatment. The investigation is continuing.
