Roseburg Police jailed a man for second-degree criminal trespass on Saturday night.

An RPD report said just after 9:10 p.m. officers contacted the 34-year-old after staff at CHI Mercy Medical Center on Northwest Stewart Parkway said he refused to leave the property after being trespassed. Officers spoke to the man who ultimately refused to leave the property. He was detained and taken to corrections without incident. Bail was set at $1,250.
