Thrive Umpqua’s “The Longest Table, Community Dinner and Celebration” event is this Saturday.

A release said residents will gather for a farm-to-table style dinner, crafted by local chefs, at the Stewart Park green bridge, on Northwest Stewart Parks Drive between Fir Grove School and the soccer fields in Roseburg. The free community gathering is designed to provide a unique space for residents to share ideas and get to know one another

The Longest Table serves as the grand finale of the Love Your Neighborhood Campaign, which kicked off with the Thrive Umpqua Day proclamation by Roseburg Mayor Larry Rich on May first.

The evening is made possible thanks to the support of many sponsors including the Premier Sponsor: Umpqua Health Alliance.

Seating is full for the evening, but volunteers are needed to help with this event.
