Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive on Thursday evening.

An RPD report said at 7:10 p.m. an officer was driving through the parking lot of a business in the 1500 block of Northeast Stephens Street and saw the 25-year-old woman sitting in a parked vehicle. The officer believed she had a warrant for her arrest. It was confirmed and the suspect was detained without incident.

She was charged with a parole violation and was detained without bail.
