Roseburg Police charged a woman with second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 12:20 p.m. the 43-year-old was contacted in the lobby of Roseburg Towing in the 1800 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The woman was trespassed from the property and refused to leave. She reportedly resisted being taken into custody but was ultimately placed in handcuffs and transported to corrections. She was detained on $7,500 bail.

The woman had been involved in a two-vehicle accident just over an hour earlier. At 10:55 a.m. the woman’s vehicle collided with a second vehicle at the intersection of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard and Northeast Walnut Street. Her vehicle sustained heavy front-end damage, while the other vehicle sustained front-end damage, primarily on the driver’s side. The woman was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, in that incident.
