Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at about 2:00 p.m. officers contacted the 26-year-old after he ran into the middle of the 3000 block of Diamond Lake Boulevard and caused a motorist to crash their vehicle. He was charged with second-degree disorderly and was detained without bail.
